Good advice matters. But lasting change requires more than information alone.
Most people already know at least some of what they “should” be doing. The challenge is making those changes real, workable, and sustainable in the context of everyday life.
That is why MCW combines expert guidance with structure, reflection, and support — so change can take root, not just sound good in theory.
This is a compassionate program — but not a passive one. Meaningful change takes engagement, practice, and a willingness to look honestly at the patterns that keep you stuck.
A Long-Term Perspective, With a Clear Place to Begin
Real change takes time — not just to start, but to strengthen, test, and integrate into daily life. That is why we begin with a focused 3-month Foundations phase.
This gives you a structured starting point: a chance to build traction, develop core skills, and begin changing the patterns that shape your eating, activity, and self-care.
At the end of those three months, we pause, review what is working, and design the right next step for you.
You will work with a team that includes a psychologist, dietitian, and kinesiologist, with access to group support that adds connection, accountability, and momentum.
🔹 Phase 1 – Foundations
A structured 3-month starting phase designed to help you build traction.
🔹 Phase 2 – Integration and Ongoing Support
A flexible continuation phase for consolidating change and deepening the work.

💡What Makes MCW Different?
Psychology at the Core
Weight is rarely just about food. We help you understand the habits, emotions, beliefs, and life patterns that drive eating and self-care, so change can be deeper and more durable.
Whole-Person Care
Our team brings psychology, nutrition, and movement together in one coordinated process. The goal is not just initial success, but a healthier way of living you can actually sustain.
Structure + Flexibility
We provide a clear roadmap, practical tools, and regular support. We also adapt the process to your goals, preferences, and circumstances. Support matters — and so does accountability.

Included in the program is The Fundamentals Course, created by Dr. Stephen Stotland. This guided curriculum helps you build the psychological and behavioral foundations of lasting change.
You will work on areas such as mindset, self-awareness, emotional regulation, goal-setting, mindful eating, and staying on track during real-life challenges.
This is not just educational content. It is part of the work — a way to deepen reflection, strengthen skills, and turn insight into action.
