We'll evaluate together whether or not you need other kinds of professional services in addition to or instead of coaching.
If we agree that coaching is right, then we'll make a plan and get started.
Here are the steps: (1) Contact me- start a conversation with me to decide how best to proceed. You can do this by filling out the contact form. (2) Complete a coaching assessment - that includes your readiness to proceed with the coaching process, and to rule out your need for other types of assessment. (3) Agree on a coaching plan - by deciding on the goals, establishing a time frame, making an action plan and a monitoring strategy. (4) Continue until you achieve your goals.
